Session, Fees & Funding Information

Session times & fees from September 2021:

Mornings 9:00am - 12:00pm: Monday - Friday

Afternoons 12:00 - 3:00pm: Monday - Friday

Full day sessions 9:00am - 3:00pm inclusive of lunch club: Monday - Friday

Lunch club 12:00 - 1:00pm Monday - Friday

As of April 2023 Sessions will be charged as follows

Morning session 9-12 £25.50

Lunch Club £7

Afternoon session 12-3 £24

Full day session 9-3 £45

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each half-term and are due for payment upon receipt.

Please note that full fees are still payable when your child is off sick or on holiday during term-time

A £20 registration fee is payable upon being allocated and accepting a place with us (not applicable for families accessing fully funded places) - this covers costs in purchasing books bags for all new children, making registration cards/coat pegs, admin costs for paperwork etc. We only ask for this once upon registration and do not require a termly payment/contribution from our families.

Half a term's notice or fees in lieu will be required for any change in sessions once allocated.

Children are entitled to 15 hours of early education funded by Hertfordshire County Council from the term after their 3rd birthday. We also accept 2 year old funded places at Hardings which also apply from the term after a 2nd birthday. 2 year old funding is offered to people/families on a low income or who meet other certain criteria. Parents can make an application for 30 hours free childcare by creating a gateway account and completing the HMRC eligibility checker on the Childcare Choices website.
